These Website Terms of Use ("Website Terms") govern access to and use of the Sigma Traders USA website and its public pages, forms, downloads, demonstrations, and related online features. They are separate from the Master Terms of Sale and other transaction documents that govern purchases and commercial transactions.
1. Operator and Acceptance
This website is operated by Lawwamah Enterprises LLC, a Texas limited liability company operating under the Sigma Traders USA brand. References to "Sigma Traders USA," "Sigma," "we," "us," and "our" mean that entity. By accessing or using the website after reasonable notice of these Website Terms, a user agrees to comply with them. If a user does not agree, the user should not use the website. Additional click-through terms may apply to account registration, document access, quotation acceptance, orders, returns, or other specific features.
2. Business-to-Business Purpose
The website is intended for business, commercial, institutional, professional, governmental, and qualified resale users. It is not designed to facilitate purchases primarily for personal, family, or household use. We may reject inquiries, registrations, or transactions that appear to be outside the intended business purpose or that contain inaccurate or misleading business information.
3. Informational Content; No Automatic Offer
Website content is provided for general business information and commercial evaluation. Product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, ratings, standards references, images, availability statements, and other technical information may be based on manufacturer, supplier, distributor, or other third-party materials and may change without notice. 4. Forms, Uploads, and Authority

A person electronically accepting a quotation, placing an order, approving a direct reorder, or otherwise committing a buyer represents that the person has authority to bind the identified buyer. Transaction acceptance is governed by the applicable quotation, order confirmation, Master Terms of Sale, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Returns & Claims Policy, and product-specific terms. Users retain ownership of their submitted materials but grant us a limited right to receive, store, reproduce, review, transmit, and otherwise process them as reasonably necessary to respond to the request, operate the applicable workflow, complete a transaction, protect the website, and comply with law. Users must not submit materials they are not authorized to provide.
5. Accounts and Credentials
Where account credentials, secure links, or administrative access are issued, users are responsible for safeguarding them, using them only for authorized business purposes, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. Users must not share access with an unauthorized person, circumvent access controls, or attempt to obtain documents or data beyond the permissions granted. Secure links, credentials, and access permissions may be time-limited, restricted, or revoked when reasonably necessary for security, confidentiality, compliance, or the authorized business purpose.
6. Brand, Supplier, and Sales-Channel Information
References to brands, manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, or sales channels do not imply direct manufacturer authorization unless expressly stated in writing. Product availability and channel eligibility depend on supplier account status, buyer type, territory, intended resale channel, order quantity, documentation, and other commercial requirements. Third-party names, product names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance is for identification or informational purposes and does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or authorization. Nonpublic pricing, supplier information, account terms, credentials, inventory information, and portal data may be confidential and may be used only for the authorized business purpose for which they were disclosed.
7. Prohibited Use
Users may not: ● use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized purposes; ● submit false business identities, impersonate another person or company, or misrepresent authority; ● scrape, crawl, harvest, copy, or extract pricing, supplier, product, account, or other data through automated means, except standard search-engine indexing that respects published technical controls; ● circumvent access controls, probe or test vulnerabilities without written authorization, interfere with service, or attempt unauthorized access; ● upload malware, malicious code, unlawful material, or files that infringe another party's rights; ● mirror, frame, reverse engineer, or reproduce a material portion of the website except as permitted by law or written authorization; ● use website content or documents to impersonate Sigma Traders USA, make unsupported authorization claims, or mislead another party.
8. Intellectual Property and Permitted Use
The website and its Sigma Traders USA branding, original text, layouts, original graphics, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Lawwamah Enterprises LLC, except for third-party trademarks, product information, software, images, and other materials owned by their respective rights holders. Subject to these Website Terms, users may view the public website and download documents that are expressly offered for download for internal business evaluation. No broader license is granted. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, republish, sell, sublicense, or create derivative uses of protected website materials without prior written authorization, except as permitted by applicable law.
9. Third-Party Links and Services
The website may link to manufacturer resources, carrier tracking pages, payment providers, document services, or other third-party websites and tools. Third-party sites and services are operated independently. Links are provided for convenience and do not necessarily constitute endorsement. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, terms, or privacy practices. Users should review the applicable third-party terms and notices.
10. Availability and Security
We may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any website feature without notice. We do not guarantee continuous uptime, uninterrupted access, error-free operation, compatibility with every device, or permanent availability of any document or page. Users are responsible for maintaining reasonable device, browser, email, and network security. We use reasonable safeguards for the website but cannot guarantee that the website, downloads, or communications will always be free from harmful components or unauthorized activity. Suspected security issues should be reported promptly and must not be publicly exploited or disclosed in a manner that increases risk.

12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIGMA TRADERS USA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, LOST-PROFIT, LOST-REVENUE, LOST-DATA, LOST-USE, OR BUSINESS-INTERRUPTION DAMAGES ARISING SOLELY FROM GENERAL WEBSITE ACCESS OR USE, WHETHER THE CLAIM IS BASED ON CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT, STATUTE, OR ANOTHER THEORY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING SOLELY FROM GENERAL WEBSITE ACCESS OR USE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT, IF ANY, PAID SPECIFICALLY FOR ACCESS TO THE WEBSITE DURING THE SIX MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. THESE LIMITATIONS DO NOT APPLY TO LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED.
13. Transaction Documents
These Website Terms govern access to and use of the website. Product purchases and commercial transactions are governed by the accepted quotation, order confirmation, Master Terms of Sale, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Returns & Claims Policy, and other expressly incorporated transaction documents. If documents conflict regarding a sale, the order of precedence stated in the Master Terms of Sale controls. These Website Terms continue to govern website access, account security, and prohibited use. Submitting a quote request is not an order. No transaction becomes binding merely because a form was submitted, a website page was viewed, or a document was downloaded.
14. Governing Law and Forum
These Website Terms are governed by Texas law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to mandatory law, disputes arising specifically from website access or use will be subject to the state courts located in Travis County, Texas, and the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas, Austin Division.
15. Changes, Severability, No Waiver, and Contact
Changes. We may update these Website Terms periodically. The revised version will display an updated "Last Updated" date. Where appropriate, additional notice of material changes may be provided. Continued use after the revised terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law; a separate affirmative acceptance may be required for account or transaction features. Severability. If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remainder will continue in effect. No waiver. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of future enforcement. Entire website agreement. These Website Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the agreement concerning general website access, subject to any feature-specific or transaction-specific terms.
